Modern Elegance in the Heart of Gdańsk: Interior Design - FORMA Real Estate Agency
The main goal of the project was to create a space that exudes calm and inspires trust. Natural materials and a subdued color palette dominate here—shades of off-white, concrete gray, and warm tones of oak. The interplay of light and shadow plays a key role; thanks to the use of delicate linen curtains, it lends the interior a sculptural character.
PHILOSOPHY OF SPACE
The design is based on a dialogue between the austerity of form and the softness of natural materials. Right from the threshold, we are greeted by an architecture of light—rhythmic, vertical wall fixtures in the hallway set the direction, guiding the eye into the open space. The play of shadows on the textured plaster creates a living image that changes as the sun moves across the sky.
The heart of the office is the waiting area, where the focal point is the iconic Akari paper pendant lamp, casting a soft, warm light. Low, modular sofas upholstered in dark, patinated leather and an armchair in a muted green invite conversation in a less formal atmosphere. The space is complemented by a woven rug with a distinct texture and a minimalist coffee table featuring a selection of architecture books.
This interior is more than just an office—it’s a showcase for an agency that prioritizes quality and uniqueness. Every element, from ergonomic office chairs on lightweight frames to white shelves that “float” in the alcoves, has been carefully selected to support the process of making key decisions about purchasing a dream home or apartment.
