A Home with an Interior in the Spirit of Warm Minimalism
This project is a testament to tranquility and architectural discipline, located in the heart of the Tri-City. The interior was designed as a private sanctuary where the austerity of concrete meets the warmth of natural wood and the softness of organic fabrics.
ARCHITECTURE OF LIGHT
Natural oak on the floors and ceilings creates a sense of intimacy, giving the space an intimate, almost sculptural character.
The kitchen and dining room are a celebration of simplicity. A white, monolithic kitchen island contrasts with the dark wood of the round table, around which classic, openwork chairs are arranged. The look is completed by the lighting—from sculptural pendant lamps to subtle Sísísí fixtures that emit a soft, warm glow after dark.
In the living area, Mid-Century Modern styles take center stage, paired with contemporary minimalism. The focal point is a modular sofa in a sandy beige shade, set against a deep red wool rug that adds a pop of color to the subdued color palette.
